What Does This Sonography Report Of Abdomen And Pelvis Indicate?

Hello Doctor, Im 55 years female weight 110 kgs, today i had done my sonography of abdomen & pelvis , -- report says:- Mild hepatomegaly with grade II fatty liver & Cholelithiasis..blood test report -hbA1C- H8.3 mean plasma gulcose H191.5...please suggest how could i cure my problem and what precaution i need to take

Thanks for writing in.

There is increased fat content in the liver. Also there is a mention of stones in the gall bladder (size and number not mentioned). You also have diabetes which is slightly out of control. More healthy diet and fitness schedule must be adhered to. Also your medications for diabetes may need to be reviewed. Liver function tests and kidney function tests are important. Please get that done and review with reports.
