What Does This Sonography Report Regarding Late Period Indicate?

I am from iran.i dont know very English.i am a girl.i am 22.i refer to doctor for delay of my period.she visit me.she send me to sonography.i have a jiant fibrom.the result of my experimant is The uterus is a heterogeneous echogenicity Parnshym Mid-sagittal section of the uterus in 119*56mm measured.tickness of andometer 7mm. Image heterogeneous hypoechoic mass with a thickness of 60mm Was seen in the fundus Who developed sub endometrial region. I dont married.i am very worry.my doctor not given any drug and sayed to me:every six month for chek of size of fibroma. Do you think my condition dangerous? If I m pregnant? what should i do? i dont have bleeding Presently.and dont have long bleeding of period and isnt painfull. May God give you the answer.

Hello

Your findings suggests fibroid in the fundus region of the uterus.
Fibroid is a benign tumour of uterus.
Treatment of fibroid depend upon many things like age,complications of fibroid,family status etc.
As you don't have any symptoms,you are rightly advised for follow up scan.

Your findings are norm serious.It can be managed easily. Generally it respond well to medicines.
