General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

There is mild enlargement of the liver which is likely due to alcohol consumption, and it also shows gallstones.

As of now avoid alcohol consumption to prevent further damage to the liver.

If you experience pain on the right upper part of the abdomen, the gallbladder must be removed.

Consult a general surgeon and he will direct you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
