Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Well, since the report says only about sperm morphology and motility, the report cannot be accurately interpreted. However, the following things can be taken into account.
1. Normal forms of sperm are higher in %, which seems ok.
2. Motility of sperms is 40%, which is little less than normal.
Hence the fertility seems moderate.
Meanwhile, you can take L-Carnitine, CoQ10, Alpha Lipoic acid, Vitamin E and Vitamin C medications for a month and get tested again.
If the report shows improvement, then you van continue the same, which would improve your fertility.
