General & Family Physician 's  Response

Hi & Welcome.
I can understand your concern for your husband.
The findings in the semen analysis are suggestive of Azoospermia (complete lack of sperm in the ejaculate).

He is advised to repeat the semen analysis using the centrifuge technique.
Azoospermia can be due to obstructive (post-testicular) or nonobstructive (pretesticular or testicular) causes.

He needs to be examined by a doctor for further evaluation and certain lab tests such as hormonal assays, scrotal ultrasonography (US), transrectal US (TRUS), and testicular biopsy to find out the cause of Azoospermia.

Hope the suggestions given above could be useful to him.
