volume is 2.5 ml, ph- 8, viscosity is normal, liquification time is less the 25 mins Total sperm count 12 million/cu Actively motile - 50% sluggishly motile -40% non motile -10% normal spermatozoa - 80% abnormal spermatozoa -20% pus cells - 6-8/hpf, RBC -nil/hpf, epithelial cells 1-2 /hpf, clumps - nil i am 38 age having one child at age 4,trying for 2nd child.give me advice doctor please

Your total sperm count is slightly low. You need to get investigated for hormone levels imbalance of which might be causing low sperm count
