What Does This Sperm Analysis Test Result Indicate?

Hi my husband made a sperm exam which says that his sperm count is 2.6 of 60-200 million is this low? It also says that its 50% of his espematoizea is NM = Non motile espermatoizea.And in comments says some sperm is lengthened neckpieces causing head to bent

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your husband as very low sperm count.
total motility : 40 % or more__________50% normal.

It is very difficult to become father at this count.
I advise you to consult the urologist and undergo sperm culture, USG pelvis to rule out the any defect and infections.
Doctor will provide tablet clomiphene citrate and co Q.
Take high protein diet, fresh fruits, and green leafy vegetables.
Drink plenty of water and do regular exercise like walking and yoga.
