What Does This Sperm Test Analysis Test Result Indicate?

Hi Dr, I just conducted a sperm analysis test and the result is as follows: 1. Appearance : creamy 2.viscosity: normal 3. Volume: 2ml 4. Total sperm count 20*10^6/ml (25 - 400 ) 5. Mean progressive motility: 1 6. PH : 7,7. Morphology: Normal : 70%, Abnormal : 30%, Immature : Nil , Active: 40%, Sluggish : 20% , Dead : 40%,8. Motility : Good , Pus Cells : 3 - 4hpf , Epithelia Cells : ++ CULTURE : Yielded Heavy growth of Klebsiella Spp after 48hrs of incubation at 37 degree celcius.Pls what is the interpretation of the result above.Please in box the interpretation to me.Thanks,Its Adeolu

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the volume is low even the count is also little low but it is not like that it may not bring the pregnancy, I would advise to repeat the test after the abstinence period of at least 15 days to get the correct result you can discuss this with doctor as long as your query is concern it is not the pure case of oligospermia hope this information helps.
