What Does This Stool Test Report Indicate?

Good eve, doc, I am sufferingsince 2012, severe pain alongwith inflammation below right ribscage, doc prescribed for stool test, which shows a cyst - infection-(E-Histolytica), I m 50 years old, I use togo for toilet 5 to 6 times daily in the morning, 24 hours there is a burning sensation below right ribscage, what to do?

I can understand your concern.
I have gone through the stool report you have mentioned.
This report is suggestive of intestinal infection with parasite entamoeba histolytica.
It is food borne infection. So better to avoid outside food. Avoid oily and spicy food. Avoid junk food.
Start metronidazole tablet thrice daily.
Drink oral rehydration solution (ORS) and zinc tablet.
Also talk probiotic tablets. Eat only freshly prepared home made food.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these in 5-7 days.
