General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From report it shows that he might be having mixed infection of amoebic and bacillary dysentery.
He might require one course of Ofloxacilin, metrogyl combination medicine for 5-7 days.
Give him light food like buttermilk, curd and rice.
Ok and take care.
