What Does This Stress Test Result Indicate?

my sister age is 37 years she have 4 kids , now she feeling pain in chest the doctor advise her for Stress test MIBI , Now the report result shows Conclusion : Result shows small size mild severity an area of inducible ischemia in apex superiorly. Myocardial function is whithin normal limits, what the test result means and what is treatment of this plz guide me Thanks

It means that your sister has an Ischemic heart desease and she need to perform a coronarography in order to make the diagnoses. It means that 1 ore more heart arteries aore stenotic, and so the bllod that arrive in the miocard is less that normal. Coronarography will detect the responsible vessel and if possible in the same sesion the doctors can treat it by performing a PTCA procedure, (to put a cardiac stent in the responsible artery most probably LAD in this case)
