There are attached sutures designated short stitch - superior and long stitch - lateral. The superior apex is inked black. The lateral side is inked blue. The medial side is inked green. The skin surface is remarkable for a 0.3 cm, eroded lesion. Cruciate sections reveal a 0.4 cm, tan, homogeneous nodule with adjoining liquefaction. Cruciate sections are submitted in cassettes A-C.
