What Does This Test Report Signify?

I had a HSV2 Igg serum tested positive and a negative swab test of a lesion that was found on the labia. Someone told me there is a connection between that and Epstein Barr, would this account for this difference. (Looking over the previous labs from March the HSV2 at that time was .91 and it is now 8.4

Hi,

HSV 2 is another viral infection and Epstein-Barr is another. They don't relate to each other. The results that you are showing shows the decrease of viruses in blood so your body is fighting it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
