What Does This Test Result For RA While Suffering From Osteo Arthritis And Fibromyalgia Indicate?

I have been diagnosed with fibromayalgia, osteo arthritis in the thumbs need both trapezium bones need to be removed and replaced with tendon from my arms. Also have bunions with osteo and require surgery, both are very deformed and need to be fixed and screwed back together. Just took an RA test and my number is 32, which it says it should be below 14IU. Do you think I should have my primary doctor refer me to a Rheumatologist to be treated so we can start doing things now to prevent it getting worse as I age. I will be 56 next month.

RA positive result shows that you are suffering from seropositive arthritis. So you should consult a rheumatologist. Dont know why you havent been referred to rheumatologist before or after surgery.
