What Does This Test Result For Follicular Study Indicate?

Hi sir,I am 26 now and am a pcod patient.My LMP was on 28 th march.when I visited doctor on my 4 th day of period she prescribed me ubiphene 50 mg and folibest-i and metital.ubiphene for 5 days and asked me to start it on the 4th day itself.folibest-i and metital is for 3 months.Then she asked me to do a follicular study on 8 th day of my cycle.The result shows Right ovary.3.9*2.3 cms,Left ovary 4.2*2.1 cms,Right ovary shows 8.5* 5.7 mm and 7 mm follicle,Left ovary shows 9.9 mm, 6.6mm, 7.6 mm, and 6 mm follicles.Endometrial thickness. 4.3 mm.Could you please explain the result and whether it shows a Gud result or not?? Doctor asked me to undergo another follicular study on 14 th day of my cycle.
