hi iam shahi my sperm analysis report shows that oligo asthenozoosoermia with infection,sperm count: 18 million sperm motility :activity motile 10% feebly motile 40% non motile 50% ,sperm morphology: 40% abnormal head and ttail 30%abnormality is insignificant

Hi,

Your report of semen is not complete to predict the likely results of pregnancy. However, the sperm count below 20 million/mm, active motility below 50%, normal sperm morphology below 50% are unfavorable factors for successful conception. Also, besides above mentioned factors, some of factors like liquification time of semen, presence of pus cells or / and epithelial cells in semen, which may be due to some infection of genital tract etc., are also important for complete analysis of your semen report.
