Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. After going through the report, the following things can be inferred. 1. Vitamin B12 levels of 164pg/mL is much lesser than the reference range of 239 to 931 pg/mL. 2. Vitamin D levels is > 150 ng/mL is higher than the reference range of 20 to 100 ng/mL. Both the parameters are done with the latest technology. You need not be much worried about your Vitamin D levels, as it is higher than normal range. You should be taking Vitamin B12 supplements in the form of injections and capsules to make it up in the normal range. Kindly consult Physician in this regard for appropriate management.
