Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

According to these semen analysis result you have semen count was 55 million as mentioned in report. As per motility of sperms, Motile sperms are only 30%, 20% are non motile & majority or 50% of sperms were Dead.
There is also presence of 2-3 red blood cells & 10-12 pus cells seen under high power field of microscope, which is non-significant. Agglutination was also present. These indicate genital tract infection.
So all togethar your semen analysis report, you have asthenospermia or reduction in sperm motility. Total progressive motility of sperms should be more than 50%. There is also presence of red blood cells, pus cells & agglutination in semen which indicate genital tract infection. Both these problems should be the reason of infertility problem you are facing.

Refer to your physician
Hope this information helps
