Hi
Welcome to healthcaremagic.
I have gone through your question.
Cytomegalovirus, rubella, toxoplasmosis IgG positive suggest chronic /past infection of TORCH (toxoplasmosis rubella cytomegalovirus and herpes) in these except herpes all are positive.
So torch is the major cause of infertility or 1st trimester miscarriages.
So consult a gynecologist for proper treatment of torch infection.
Hope i answered your question.
Would be happy to help you further.
Take care.
