What Does This Test Results For Wrist Pain Indicate?

I have severe pain in both of my wrists. About a year ago, I had the wrists injected with cortisone; however, I only had a small fraction of the dosage injected into my wrists due to my diabetes. The pain has been back for the past four months now. My doctor is no longer with the clinic I went to, but I tried to look up previous results, etc. All I could find were the following notes: arterial calcifications, malalignment or bone destruction. The pain is more than I can stand, and believe me, I can tolerate a lot of pain.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, looking to your history in my opinion you need to consult the orthopedic surgeon because it is not advisable to think about the local injection of steroid, this could be arthritis, till then you can try "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day, if you are diabetic then blood sugar level need to be maintain on tight rule basis, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
