Respected Sir, my wife is pregnant about 8 weeds she has colloid goiter. pathological tests of FT3, FT4, TSH are not good. FT3_____ 2.04 pg/ml FT3 _____ 0.51 ng/dl TSH ____ 60.00 mlU/ml Note: Free T3 and Free T4 estimation are unaffected by changes in Thyroid Binding Globulins (TBG) now what can i do...? plz help

Now you need to.meet an Endocrinologist

He will add thyroxine supplement.

she needs to take it regularly.

Dont worry, if the tablet is taken regularly no problem for baby.

If she delays the treatment, it can affect the baby as well.
