What Does This Thyroid Test Report Indicate?

Hello Doctor, My 3.5 months old baby thyroid test (as prescribed by my doctor ) shows TSH 0.75 uIU/mL,      FREE T3: 4.00 pg/mL ,      FREE T4:1.05 ng/dL. Is it normal or would it require any treatment? The baby is otherwise normal and there is no visible symptoms.

Hello,
Thanks for writing in HCM.
The thyroid function test results you have shared is within normal reference range.
TSH reference range is between 0.5 to 5.0 uIU/mL, Free T4 reference range is between 0.8 to 1.8 ng/dL and Free T3 reference range is between 2.3 to 4.2 pg/mL.
Since the baby is otherwise normal, nothing to worry about this as such.
Hope the information provided would be useful.
All the best.
