General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Based on the result of thyroid function test, you seem to be taking inadequate dose of Thyronorm.

I advise you to increase the dose of Thyronorm after consulting your treating physician. Kindly repeat the thyroid function test after 4 weeks and check the response of the treatment.

The recommended optimal TSH level should be in the range of 0.3 to 3 mIu/mL while taking Thyronorm.

Your diabetes is also poorly controlled, so the dose of Human mixtard also needs to be increased by your treating doctor.

Hope these will help.
