What Does This Thyroid Ultrasound Test Result Mean?

please help me understand the result of my thyroid ultrasound: right lobe - 3.9 x 1.5 x 1.5cm left lobe - 4.8 x 1.9 x 1.9 cm isthmus - 0.5cm 1. the left thyroid lobe is enlarged while the right thyroid lobe is within the normal size, have have coarsened echopattern 2. there are multiple hypoechoic solid foci seen in both thyroid lobes and the largest of which is seen in the middle to inferior pole the left thyroid lobe measuring 3.1 x 2,4 x 1.5 cm. there is als0 a hypoechoic foci with marginal calcification seen in the superior pole of the right thyroid lobe measuring 0.7 x 0.5 cm. 3. the isthmus is thickened impression; thyroid parenchymal disease, bilateral thyromegaly with solid mass and nodules, left multiple thyroid nodules, right
