What Does This Torch Test Results During Pregnancy Indicate?

Good after noon sir. My wife is Preganant. And her preganancy of 1.5 months. for your kind info Our first child was died last year and the reason behind is Rubella. ( CMV infection). So this time I have done the Test of TORCH of my wife. Following are the measures of it. Test : Result : Exp Values Toxo IgG : 2.11 : 0.00 to 8.0 Toxo Igm : 0.72 : 0.00 to 0.9 Rubella IgG : 10.22 : 0.0 to 5.0 Rubella IgM : 0.56 : 0.0 to 0.9 CMV IgG : 2.13 : 0.0 to 0.9 CMV IgM : 0.42 : 0.0 to 1.0 HSV II IgM : 0.57 : 0.0 to 1.0 HSV II IgG : 0.78 : 0.0 to 1.0 Kindly pl suggest the treatment against Rubella & guide whether we have to give birth to this child or abort the child. Hello sir,

The good news is that you can only catch rubella once. Once your wife had the disease, she is immune to Rubella so this cannot happen twice! Your lab results do not indicate any new infection.

So there is no reason that this baby cannot be allowed to go full term.
