What Does This Trans Abdominal Ultrasound Report Signify?

yesterday i had my transabdominal usg it was47 dayfrom my last menstural and my sonography shows a gestational sac with mean sac diameter 0.8 cm, no fetal pole seen, right ovary measured 3.2 X3.1 cms,left ovary measured 3.6X2.2 cms, no adnexal mass seen, no fluid seen in cul-de-sac what does it means

thanks for posting here...presence of gestational sac shows that you are pregnant...your fetal pole has not formed yet which will for around 7th or 8th week of pregnancy....
