What Does This Transrectal Ultrasound Report Mean?

Hi good day doc. I just finished my transrectal ultrasound and this is the result i hope you can help me to understand this it says Anterior lower segment subserous myoma measuring 3.47x3.69, Posterior lower segment subserous myoma measuring 2.36x 2.65 and Posterofundal intramular myoma with subserous component measuring 6.11x4.35x5.71 and the diagnosis says Anteverted nodular uterus with multiple myoma as described Thin intact endometrium, normal ovaries, please correlate clinically....what is the meaning of this Doc.? Thank You so much in advance

Welcome to HCM and thanks for sharing your report.
It suggests there are two fibroid in your uterus. Both are of moderately big in size. It needs to be removed by operation. Kindly consult and take assistance from Gynecologist in this regard.
