General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
I understand your concern.
The trans vaginal sonography report you have posted demonstrates,
Normal sized uterus, inner lining of uterus ( endometrium ) thickness is normal. Sizes of both ovaries being normal, blood flow in both ovaries is also seen (normal ). All of this is normal.
only point of concern seems to be small amount of fluid seen in cul-de-sac. ( An empty space of pelvic cavity between vagina & rectum ) -This indicates--
* - normally after ovulation,
- It indicates inflammation in pelvic region- probably you pain is the result of such an infection. It needs further investigations to locate the infection & treatment afterwords with a gynecologist's consultation.
Thanks.
