What Does This Transvaginal Ultrasound Report Indicate?

I had an transvaginal ultrasound today..uterus is 8.3 mm long and 15mm endometrial complex thickness Right ovary is 3.4 cm with volume of 13.3cc Left ovary 2.3 cm long 4.2 cc volume Essentially negative transvaginal pelvic ultrasound What does this mean I m 34 3 kids tubal ligation 7 years ago periods extremely heavy

report is normal. your problem is heavy period. tubal ligation already done. there will be hormonal imbalance due to tubal ligation. can take hormonal supplement after consultation with gynechologist.
