What Does This Ultrasonography Report Indicate?

My periods are regular l am on infertility treatment last 5 year l have endometrial tuberculosis history My Lmp is on 23 November and after my missing period l have done UPT but still today is negative l also done ultrasonography but no gestational sac. ET -9 mm in USG what to do l am?

I have read your query and understand your concern.
Endometrial tuberculosis can have following clinical presentation.
1)Infertility
2)pain
3) Menstrual irregularity.
ET in your USG report means Endometrial thickness. normally endometrial thickness before ovulation is 9 to 10 mm.
I assume you have undergone ATT treatment for Endometrial tuberculosis.
If not kindly bring this to your doctor's notice.
I would also like to bring to your attention that the best treatment in these situations would be IVF(In vitro fertilization).
