What Does This Ultrasonography Result Of Uterus Indicate?

Dear Dr. Andrew Rynne,it is about my daughter Jacky. she is having this P. 1 Ununiform echo of endometrium,2 cervical nessler is cyst,3 cystic structure of left ovary,4 cystic structure of left adnexa.5 pelvic effusion,she was having ultrasonography examination and the doctor find that. please tell me what to do with my daughter health? do you think it will be ok?

I really appreciate your concern.
Discussion:- Such ultrasonography finding could be normal one unless it is being clinically correlated and proved something related with clinical etiology.
Medication:-NA
Advise:- Report need to be correlated with clinical condition.
Comments:- Most of the time such finding could be suggestive of cystic disease.
