What Does This Ultrasound Of Uterus Indicate?
I am 34 yrs trying to conceive. Bulky, non-gravid,anteverted uterus measuring 80mmx69mmx54mm. Uterine outline is irregular. Myometrium is non-homogeneous in echo texture. Endometrial plate fairly defined. No intra/extra uterine cyesis.intramural fibroids in the myometrium at d fundal and posterior walls measuring 23mmx20mm and 25mmx22mm respectively

Your ultrasound finding suggest enlarged uterus and two small fibroids in the fundal and posterior wall of the uterus.
Fibroid is a benign tumour of uterus and its treatment depend upon many things like age,symptoms,family is completed or not.
Fibroid can be managed by conservative means or by surgery.
It need proper evaluation.Its treatment is not always surgical.
Other findings are normal. Endometrial thickness and both adnexa are normal.
