What Does This Ultrasound Of Uterus Indicate?

the us report says that my uterus size is bulky and in anteverted position . the size is 10.8 x 4.6x 3.8 cm and it has increased in past few yrs . what does it indicate and what could it lead to? i'm 38 yrs old and have scanty periods with only clotting most of the times
