What Does This Ultrasound Report During 11 Weeks Pregnancy Indicate?

hi I m at 11 weeks and I had a Lil bit big blood clot last night so I run to emergency after and they find out my baby still good and they saw 2 hypoechoic subchorionic anterior ly measuring 3.2×2.7×0.6cm in posterior ly measuring 2.4×3.8×0.7 that cause if bleeding.doctors kindly explain pls if what is it coz I m worrying too much about it.i had a miscarriage last year due to bleeding too..thank u much..

I really appreciate your concern, it is not being stated here what it is being measured, if this is the blood clot it self then it may be due to detachment of placenta and it need to be taken care if this is the history of miscarriage then such findings need to be taken seriously better to have a word with your gynecologist, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
