General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Is this your 1st pregnancy?

Do any of your family members have any congenital abnormalities or difficult pregnancy?

There are a few things you have to look for...
1. Your LMP (last menstrual period) date. Wrong dates may give wrong values.
2. Check for the quadriple test which will help in diagnosis.
3. If still not clear then consult an obstetrician for a final opinion.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Indhu Priyadharshini, General & Family Physician
