What Does This Ultrasound Report During Pregnancy Mean?

hi im jenny 33 yrs old, 52.5kg , 5 2 and currently 37weeks & 2 days pregnant my ultrasound results are follows pregnancy uterine, 37 weeks by fetal biometry, cephalic presentatiom, live, singleton anterior grade 111 placenta, high-lying borderline polyhydramnios biophysical profile score 8/8 amniotic fluid index 19.5cm can u please tell me if it is normal, thanks....
