Hello and welcome to HCM,
The pelvic
ultrasound shows presence of fluid filled cyst in right ovary measuring 35x30 mm.
Cysts commonly develop in ovaries and they are either due to enlargement of
follicular cyst or de novo formation of a cyst.
The cyst needs to be followed up by consecutive ultrasounds.
The thickness of endometrium depends on the phase of the menstrual cycle.
The endometrium increases in thickness in first half of menstrual cycle and it is shed during the second half.
Thus, this needs to be correlated with the endometrial thickness.
However, a thickness of 10 mm is slightly greater than the expected.
Thus, a clinical correlation and ultrasonic follow up is required to assess the condition of the endometrium.
If the thickness of endometrium remains the same or increases then probably, an endometrial biopsy/ curettage will be required.
Thanks and take care
