What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

I had a 20 week ultrasound and the heart ventricles measured at 1.03 cm and it s apparently supposed to measure at 1 cm. This seems so minute but they are sending me to get a level 2 ultrasound. What should I be expecting? Is this extreme? I mean I realize heart problems could mean chromosome issues although I had a quad screen done and everything came back normal. Do I need to continue to be making myself sick over this?
