What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Hello Dr, Iam Vikas Jaiswal and i am sending you my wife ultra sound report .she is completed 27 wks .sir pleas tell me every thing is normal or not GRAVID UTERUS; single live fetus with vertex presentation is seen at the time of examination.fetus heart feat 160b/min. fetal head,heart,spine,thorax,abdoman and limb movements are normal.spine is on the right side.placenta is posteriorly placed midline away from the neck and adequate liquor amnii.no gross congenital anomaly is seen.region of the carvix and vagina normal. B.P.D 71MM F.L 53MM ABD.P 240MM OPENION; Single live fetus with vertex presentation compatible to +28wks sonographic gestational age. E.D.D 25/08/2015 Estimated fetal weight 1.3kg

Hello, thanks for writing to HCM.
Baby is in head-down position, with growth corresponding to her menstrual age. Baby weight is also fine.
Heart rate is normal, and no obvious anomalies are seen.
Placenta and liquor(fluid around baby) appear normal.
The report has no significant worrisome findings.
