What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

i have a node present at the right superior neck measuring 2.1 x 0.4 x 0.8cm why the the one on the right laternal neck is measuring 1.4 x 0.2 x 0.4cm. with two ultrasound the reading result said they are nonaggressive appearing. i am very worried about this and what should i do about it?

Hello,
Thanks for the concern. Your sonography report suggests there is lymphnode enlargement in neck which might be due to infection in chest or neck. This will be better diagnosed by ctscan and MRI of neck and biopsy of neck nodes will help to know about the malignancy. So immediately consult your treating physician and start your treatment.
