What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Take time to read. :( I just need some sort of advice. I got my positive pregnancy result through urine the other day and yesterday i took also blood based pregnancy test, and it was positive too. But now we go to maternity hospital for my check up and ultra sound, and it showed nothing. The diagnosis was: NORMAL SIZED ANTEVERTED UTERUS. THICKENED ENDOMETRIUM. POLYCYSTIC, RIGHT OVARY. NORMAL LEFT OVARY WITH CORPUS LUTEUM. NO SONOLOGIC SIGN OF INTAUTERINE NOR EXTRAUTERINE GESTATION. SUGGEST CORRELATION WITH QUANTITATIVE SERIAL SERUM BETA HCG. PLEASE CORRELATE CLINICALLY. I was too sad and almost cried when they told me the result. Thats out first baby if ever. And we re 1yr and months married so we ve been waiting for that so long. I didnt feel any symptoms right now but i think im cramping, u know like the feeling when we re on menstruation. But im not bleeding. My last mens was May 15-20.. but I am irreg. Anyway they got blood on me for HCG Quanti. Test.. They told me that if it got positive, i have a decease dont know what it is. Cause there are some decease causing the pt become positive. Then if its negative, maybe im pregnant. What can you advice me? Im totally depressed right now. Ur advice is so much apprecited.

Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the condition is seemingly related to Pseudocyesis issue. Pseudocyesis is a clinical condition in desperate women who want to become mother and have:
- Home pregnancy test positive
- All the symptoms of pregnancy such as abdomen fullness, breast tenderness, bloating and vomiting, frequency of urination and others

However, office pregnancy test is negative and ultrasound is normal. It is best recommended for psychiatric or psychologist consultation in this regard.
