What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

My wife went for scan and they saw bulky and gravid uterus . measuring 59mm in diameter.a single gestational sac witg weak deciduas reaction in the relation to GA. No fetal pole seen. The pounch of Douglas is fluid free. And blighted ovum. And the GA is 7 weeks and 4day.. Please what does all this term means and is can she be able to give birth?

Hello,

If no fetal pole seen, should wait for another weeks to see if it will appear. If no fetal pole, then, unfortunately, should see gynecologist for further follow up, we suspect not able to give birth.
