What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

I had a ultrasound and the dr told me I had a collapsing sac and my cramps were an indication of miscarriage. They drew blood and my hcg was 4600. I did not see anything in the sac. Is there any hope? My cramps went away- lasted only 24 hours but was not followed by bleeding.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the true finding then D&C is the only option you have and it need to be done earliest but you can have the second opinion but chances of surviving pregnancy is very less, or nothing hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
