What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

I am 44 yr old, unable to conceive. I went for an ultrasound test and the report reads- Bulky non gravid anteverted uterus, with a non-uniform myometrium containing multiple fibroid masses, with largest measuring about 6.2*5.0cm in size (anteriorly sited, intramural). the uterus measures about 18.0*11.8*13.8cm in size. Both ovaries appear grossly normal in size and configuration. There is no gross evidence of pelvic collection or adnexal mass. In particular, there is no gross evidence of an intra or extra-uterine gestational sac seen. The urinary bladder is normal in outline. What does the report mean and what do i need to do cos am not mensurating?

I really appreciate your concern, USG finding are normal one, if the main concern is conception then for that presence of ovum is necessary and for that better to get done the ovulation study hope this information helps.
