What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Hi doctor...i am 31 weeks pregnant...i got my measures yesterday and they were as follow: BPD 7.93 cm AC 26.8 HC 28.19 FL 5.1 I am so concerned and worried...thinking and googling so much about abnormalities...please help...i have another ultrasound after two weeks but i can t wait till then...worried till death please hellppp...

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
The following things can be interpreted by the meaurements you have provided.
1. BPD (Biparietal diameter): 7.93 cm is corresponding to mean (Mean 79mm).
2. AC (Abdominal circumference): 26.8 is corresponding to mean (Mean 270mm).
3. HC (Head circumference): 28.19 is corresponding to mean (Mean 288mm).
4. FL (Femur length): 5.1 is 10mm less than mean (Mean 61mm).
You need not worry much and kindly wait for 2 weeks and see for the progress as advised. Consult your Gynecologist with the report for appropriate management in case it is necessary.
