What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?
In 2015 it was saying the uterus is grossly bulky in size, non-gravid and anteverted, measuring about 121mm x 76mm in longitudinal and AP diameters respectively. No cyesis. In 2016 its saying the uterus is grossly bulky and anteverted, measuring about 148mm x 82mm in longitudinal and AP diameters respectively.

Hello,
Your uterus is big and increasing in size the last years. There are different pathologies which can cause this issue possibly fibroids, adenomiosis or other pathologies. Please do another ultrasound possibly vaginal ultrasound to check for other pathologies. Also, a hysteroscopy may be needed to find which is the cause of large and bulking uterus that you are having.
