General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted your detailed ultrasonography report which shows only one finding that is Cyst of the size of 64 X 34 mm that is 6.4 X 3.4 cm.
This is a large cyst touching 7 cm.
Because there is no mention about the contents of the cyst it is difficult to comment from this report.
Hence, I would advise you the following:
Consult your Gynecologist.
Go for further tests as per the report of color doppler and other tests as would be advised by your Gynecologist.
Further management can be in the form of:
Conservative that is wait and watch.
Surgical removal and send for histopatho.
Any other treatment as would be advised by your Gynecologist.
There does not look to be anything serious as if the cyst would have been septate or has some other additional abnormality it would have been mentioned.
Take care.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
