General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern
Your ultrasond report suggest you have clear cyst in the right ovary. Cyst in the ovary interfere with ovulation and lead to infertility. But i think your left ovary is normal and it ovulate normally so fertilization may occur.
But your period become irregular due to cyst.
You should consult the gynecologist for better treatment.
Doctor will give oral contraceptive pill for 3-4 months and you should have to repeat the USG after the 3-4 months. IF still there is cyst then it should be removed by the surgical process like ovarian dreeling.
Hope this may help you
