What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?
MY wife right kidney size in 80*28mm and left kidney 80*30mm..wanted to know if the size isnormal?? Also the ultrasound suggests Bilateral grade II echogenic with maintained CMD..What does this mean?? The creatinine level is 4.4 mg/dl with protein in urine as 100 mg/dl..

Size of the kidney is smaller. Serum creatinine is raised. I think it is chronic kidney disease. Get it assessed by eGFR.
