HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

According to the report summary, you have bilateral (both sides) cystic ovaries.

This would not be considered normal but may be in keeping with a condition called polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS)
There are blood tests that your doctor may also request as well.

PCOS is associated with irregular periods and difficulty with conception but it can be treated and it is not life threatening.
It is treated with lifestyle changes (weight loss of any excess weight helps) and medication.

Birth control is used to regularize the period if not trying to conceive and metformin is used if trying to conceive.
Medications are also available to help with ovulation (releasing an egg)

You can discuss these options with your doctor

I hope this helps
